He was wearing a Black Tommy Hilfiger Jacket, Black Pants, Black Hat, and Black Shoes with Red Shoelaces. He was last seen driving a 2019 Blue Chevrolet, Florida Tag QZSJO2.

Gee not much out there that I can find - hopefully others can come up with more info. I do see there's someone with the same name and age from Hallandale Beach FL (though one listing last name is "Lescao" instead of "Le Scao"), which is a 3 hour + trip from Orlando. If that is him I wonder if he had been visiting Orlando alone or with someone? Pointing at comment from "DD" on OPD FB (joking?):
