I think they should feed him dog food sandwiches, and play "Easy Street" in his cell 24/7, until his trial date. He needs some serious humbling.

The plastic surgeon accused of killing a Largo attorney appeared before a judge on Thursday. A defense attorney for Tomasz Kosowski asked a judge to release the transcripts of grand jury testimony.

The trial will begin for Tomasz Kosowski on April 17.

According to court documents, a DNA analysis of evidence found on Kosowski’s garage floor found a mixture of his DNA and Cozzi’s blood. Cozzi’s blood was also found on Kosowski’s Toyota Tundra and the men’s bathroom at Blanchard Law, where authorities believe the murder took place.

Surveillance video showed that when the garbage truck emptied the dumpster, a large bag “consistent with a human body” fell into the truck, court documents said.

Oh wow, I hadn't read that about the dumpster and the truck driver's comments before.

I wonder how long after this driver noticed the bag, did LE scope out the landfill the dumpster was emptied into. Because it sounds like that is where the dumpster would be unloaded, a nearby landfill. I thought the landfills were sectioned off so they new where the dumpster contents originated from, making the landfill searchable to some degree. The murder happened in March but when did the driver report his info? The heat can decomp things so fast.
