Tamara Williams, of Miami Gardens, Florida, is a missing 15 year old black teen-aged female who went missing on Tuesday, January 7th, 2014 after threatening to commit suicide. She was last wearing a burgundy sweatsuit. She is 5' with a short, black fade haircut and the name "Destiny" tattooed on her stomach.
