[h=2]Circumstances of Disappearance[/h] On November 19, 1984, Huston was taken from her home in the 1800 block of East 25th Street in Jacksonville, FL, by her boyfriend, Larry Butts. Butts, then 43, had forced his way into the home and dragged out Huston while she was still in her pajamas. Five weeks later, Butts' body was found floating in the St. Johns River near the Jacksonville Naval Air Station. Huston hasn't been seen or heard from.

I wonder if there were any identifying marks on the boyfriend’s body that would indicate a struggle. If he murdered her violently, it’s likely she fought back hard.

Interesting that he was found in water. Do we know if he drowned? Maybe she was able to kill him and survived?

I was browsing old and archived articles for more information and not finding anything on either Tammy or her boyfriend Larry Butts.

I came to view Tammy’s thread after the below unidentified female showed up in NamUs. Found wrapped in a blanket in Palm Bay January 1985 with a PMI of 6 months. Interesting that a robe or housecoat was near the remains. Tammy was said to have been in pajamas when she was forced from her home.

However, the estimated physical stats don’t seem to match up.
