Her nickname makes me think she was probably from St. Petersburg or St. Pete Beach, both of which are quite close to Tampa. I'll look around for any missing women from the area.

Was her death a homicide?
How was the photo found? Was it in a pocket? In a purse? In the resident?


Maybe the cops have an idea and are keeping mum? Not much publicity, yet this one should be somewhat easy to solve based on an actual photograph of the women and an actual address where she is found.....

I'm guessing they asked around the area and found people who knew her, hence knowing her street name. Someone probably had the photo of her taken when they were hanging out, and they gave the photo to LE. But none of the people who knew her, knew her real name, or her family. So she's still technically unidentified.

Just speculation, but seems a likely scenario.
