Police: Notorious killer Oba Chandler's DNA links him to 1990 South Florida murder

I’m sure there’s many more victims of his that were not found or reported missing.

I was thinking of that when I started looking at all of his mugshots and how far back they went. I doubt he just started so late in his age.

I came across this woman and thought of this Jane doe.. it was in March and she looks like her and she had a bathing suit on under her clothing. Her name Ursula Sandra Valentine

I came across another woman from Tallahassee this woman was wanted so maybe she was not reported missing if she did go missing... that is if she went missing. Iam just speculating. iam bring this woman up again Lilian Keith. She was wanted he height fits and she looks like the drawing plus I just noticed now that she was known to live in St Petersburg which was not far from Tampa where the UID was found. Only prob is I don’t know if this woman is still alive or alive after the UID was found.

@madamx I can't help with the alive/not alive but I think there is definitely a resemblance to Ursula and I would not rule out Lilian since her photo has her face tipped backwards somewhat. Are you going to submit, or wait to see if someone here can see if these two women were/are alive and well?

This case reminds me of Pinellas County Jane Doe; she's also theorised being a Oba Chandler victim. She's found over eleven years later and headless, but I just noticed that their age range is the same. Most likely coincidental, but I thought I'd just bring it up anyway.

My thoughts are that Ursula Sandra Valentine has a very strong resemblance to the UID. If it were me then I would definitely be submitting her. Good catch madamx!

Yea I was actually torn between Ursula and Lilian but iam thinking more Ursula also lived in St Petersburg and she had a bathing suit under her clothing.
