First, at that link it shows under county as "Interstate" which means whatever that is, it is not in Florida. At that time period he was living in North Carolina, likely in the military - if his information isn't crossed up with someone else's. I can find no archived story showing an arrest or trial of a Stephen Swears anywhere in that time frame. That doesn't mean that it didn't happen, just that Google doesn't have anything on it.

The 1989 divorce was in Miami-Dade. There are no criminal charges that have ever been filed against Stephen Swears in Miami-Dade.

A 55 year old father should know the proper court procedures in obtaining proper rights to his son.

Car would be easy to spot if at rest areas. Silver convertible ( top up or down) mustang 2013 year man and Tanner.
Why are they referring him to Man with Tanner instead of father of Tanner?
