Do you have any insight about the dumpster? How often it is emptied?

In my section its once a week. I would assume its the same for each section. For where im at its Mondays. It could vary from section to section.

The scene at Taylor Williams’ home is unchanged. This morning, Jax City councilman Reggie Gaffney and pastors gathered here to pray for Taylor’s return. They plan to give @JSOPIO water and food for their efforts. @FCN2go

I spoke to the grandfather of this missing little girl #TaylorWilliams this a.m. He traveled here to JAX from Ala. overnight & tells me he’s frustrated, sad, but grateful for the community coming together to look for his grand-baby. He has to go back to JSO to talk to detectives.

This whole story is very sad. Sorry if any of this has been mentioned, I haven't been on here...I've been watching updates on local Jax channels around the clock.
Did she trick or treat? Any Halloween pics? Who was in the house, does someone else live there? Is she in school or have a babysitter. I just have so many questions. It looks like she's been missing for a while....I hope I'm wrong.
