Hey folks, sorry about having to delete the Google document. I failed to predict that my words would be tweaked - this opens up a host of problems where I could be misquoted in a dangerous way.

Standing by to answer any questions. I cut off the tip of a finger today (angle grinders are an efficient but poor choice for inadvertent manicures) so pardon slow typed responses.

HHG issue I read above: there was no real issue with the split. I gave her, by her own numbers, 60%+ of the stuff when I left. I asked her repeatedly "what do you want" and she never responded. Hell I even left the furniture I got in the split back in FL when I moved back to NC, in case she ended up wanting it. She never came and got it - and I don't blame her. She had no need for it...her split of the furniture was well more than a 3br apartment could hold. Only thing she ever said she wanted from me was "her grandmother's inheritance" (money). So it's hard to read the 'disagreement' over the HHG as anything other than an attempt to get cash from me, and/or to drag out legal proceedings.

Hi Abu, what do you mean when you say your words were tweaked? Did someone else edit the document? I copied exactly what was there approx one hour after your last edit. Another member downloaded the document after you posted it. If the words in red in post #94 are not your words then I will ignore for future drafts of the timeline. But I did not edit them in anyway when I copied into a post here.

And was it true that this all has to be completed before Taylor's appeal could be heard?

Can you clear up this comment? Do you know who it was that saw her and if so can you tell us.

Sept 2017 – Taylor allegedly seen with backpacks containing $30,000 in cash and $30,000 in cashier’s checks. She got the money and checks out of a friend’s safe deposit box at Wells Fargo Bank. The friend who took her to the bank is the same one who lent her the moving truck. (AbuDrake posts #47Thread 1)

I will also try to compile questions for you and post them in red so they are easy to spot.

In the final judgment, the court appointed a special master to handle the HHG division. This is just a local attorney who handles stuff that's too petty and time consuming for the overworked court. I told that attorney that I was perfectly fine with the division even though I got far less than she did...I just want this case to be over. She never said to anyone what she specifically wanted, even though I repeatedly asked. I can't imagine what she would want, either. Like I said - I left a ton of stuff in Florida when I left, and I told her to come get it. She never did.

So, the meeting on September 11th wasn't so she could ask for more stuff - I had already offered more, and she'd not accepted it. It damn sure wasn't because I wanted more - I just want this nightmare to be over at (almost) any cost! So why did she ask for it? I can't know her thoughts. But the impact of asking for the meeting was to drag out the case even further, and to cost me more legal fees to deal with it (which she didn't have...she was representing herself.). My best guess is that she didn't show up because she never intended to - this was just another time and money wasting ruse. This theory is reinforced by the fact that she sent multiple taunting messages about keeping the case open due to HHG division.

I know you said they are not communicating anything they are doing with you but do you feel like they are even looking for her? Do you still believe she is in hiding? If yes, do you think she will return after the court case has been settled?

Bear in mind that all my info about the days leading up to her disappearance is second-hand, via Fleurde. That's why I dropped off while she was here. I can speak only to what Fleurde told me in those first days.

I believe it was her friend that loaned her the truck that also let her use the safe deposit box.

You know what I found odd in the very beginning of writing....he was the one that wanted to go to Florida (she wanted to stay in NC) Maybe he knows more about Florida than she ever did.

Her father and “adopted” mother live in Florida, in separate cities. He was going on military orders. I would say possibly opposite. MOO.

I have no new information here.

My assessment remains that she intentionally went missing at start, in an attempt to gain a legal/financial advantage of some sort. Something has prevented her from coming back. Most likely is that the social, legal, and practical obstacles to doing so are insurmountable from her view - and she doesn't know how to come back. Less likely, but still possible, is that something bad has happened to her. My only new thought is that the degree of challenges she now faces are so great that she may consider self harm. I didn't think that was a realistic possibility a few weeks ago.

To my knowledge, no, she doesn't have warrants at this time. However, she has done several things that will likely result in contempt findings...and ultimately, a bench warrant.

Yes, she was awarded her car in the final judgment. It is fully paid off. I don't know about where it is or what happened to the stuff in the truck.

The details are not relevant to this case, but long story short, she found a way to defeat my attempt at keeping physical distance between us. This resulted in the conflict I'd tried to avoid by having LE show up in the first place. I did call LE back to let them know how it went, but didn't see the point of pursuing anything further.

Cant cashiers checks be tracked? I think it would be the most solid form of evidence if the police can find out if the checks have been cashed or not. Because #1- this money was obviously wanted by someone, #2- the signatures can be verified if it was her, #3- videos and timeline of movement and who was cashing them could be telling.

Also, Abu, I think you are correct in your assessment. I worked in mental health for 16 years and have a Masters Degree in Counseling, but I am not qualified to make any diagnoses, so nothing I say should be taken as a diagnosis. But, her behavior does sound like it has serious borderline personality disorder characteristics. It is more common in individuals with borderline tendencies to attempt or commit suicide than it is for people without that diagnosis. They feel negative emotions so intensely that when the façade starts to crumble, it can be overwhelming.

My guess (only a guess) is one of the following:
1. she is off on her own selling a new story. Probably saying she escaped from an abusive situation, so no one would ever be tempted to call in her location
2. something sinister happened with safety box friend
3. she has committed suicide someplace.

I don't get the feeling that something random happened because there would probably be evidence of her for some time before going fully missing. Its too much coincidence that her leaving is identical to her not being reported being seen in any town by anyone.

Does that make sense? My words don't seem to be flowing as easily as they usually do, so I hope that came out right.
