this is confusing. It looks like NY - NY - Yonkers, WhtFem 1216UFNY, 30-35, butterfly tattoo, 2 C-sections, Jun'92

This same case but with a different number? If so, I doubt it. Looks visually similar but that perp for that is known and he preyed on homeless women in NYC area. That UP also had Cesarean scars from two births not mentioned for this case. And six inches off is quite a bit.
