I looked but couldn't find a photo of Tigger with the girl.

I only found the photos at http://www.orlandosentinel.com/news...aug05,1,1034876.story?coll=orl-news-headlines which don't include the photo of Tigger and the teen.

I'd like to see some photos myself. Teenagers are smaller than adults usually, so maybe the way his "paws" fall is what seems to be at the breast area, whereas, an adult being taller would make him put his arms at a higher level due to it resting on a shoulder that is equal to or higher than his comfort level for placing his arm. (not sure that made sense.....sigh)....but anyway, the height may have something to do with it.

I think the visual of his defense attorney, Jeffrey Kaufman, trying on the costume in court to demonstrate how bulky and ackward it can be, and other pics where "Tigger" had his hands around the waist of females was enough to convince the jury that if he did brush against her, it was unintentional.
