Yes. And since LE said that there was no physical evidence at the B&B, I think he did everything involving blood AFTER he left there. Blood is HARD to clean up - if he had been bloody there, or dismembered her there, I feel like there would have been trace evidence.

Oh it wasn't me. It was another poster who provided us about the Sunshine Law in Florida. PerfectingPink gave us the link for the information. It's fascinating and it sure spoils us with cases in other states who do not release a lot of information regarding cases in progress. Nicole Lovell is one case where not a lot of information was leaked. However, the first hearing just happened and there was a flood of information.

any theories on how he pulled this off? He does appear strong and I have seen holes dug quite fast. But that's still a lot of legwork to happen in such a small window. I saw in an article (or maybe it was the arrest affidavit) that his stay at the b&b was from 4/25-27. So he had a portion of the 25 and most of the day on 26. Do we know when he first had F in his custody that day? Can anyone add to the timeline?

First of all, I am SHOCKED that all of this has been happening. I didn't think anything new was happening and it was just all more speculating. OMG poor Tricia.

I think in the first hours you posted is key. She was seen at Publix (probably getting her little girl meds), at 9:30pm. I bet she went to SW's home at that point. Per SW, she didn't have her laptop, but she could have been posting to her blog with her phone. BUT...he knew her for 15 years, he easily could have posted to her blog. So really, once she got to his place, lets say no later than 9:45pm, that was her last time alive. I don't believe a word of his story. Sure he could have called her at midnight. She was probably already dead and inside of her car at 11:30 when "she" posted to her blog. Obviously she was at his house and the blog was done before he ever says he called her to come over.

It seems odd that he waited to leave until 2:00. I bet FW wasn't resting the way he had hoped. Or she heard/saw something and it took him that long to calm her down?

I believe the containers, acid, and chainsaw were already on site and he drove her body there to finish his job. He probably had a change of clothes in the backpack as well as baby wipes, etc. They'll find where he dumped all of that unless he burned it or tossed it into the acid as well. I wonder about the trip to the wildlife sanctuary...WHY?! Did he dump something there, as well? Oh god, is it possible to drop remains in for tigers to get? We have a wildlife sanctuary here in CO that allows people to walk over the top of the exhibits on a closed in bridge.

He told the sheriff that she looked PEACEFUL?! He is a creep. Peace? Or Piece? He thinks he is funny?

I am so glad they found her remains. It completely blows the "she bumped her head and I was too scared so I put her on a dirt road with her phone in case she woke up" theory out of the water.

Sheriff says it appears that the holes were already dug & the acid was already there.

Sounds like he used the gas for the chainsaw AND to burn.......things.

I also wonder if he waited until early morning or if he did this at night. A chainsaw at either time is brazen. What was his plan if somebody came upon him?!

And if he did wait to take her body to this site until morning, all of his comings and goings might have just been him trying to return her car undetected. He tried once and her brother was there and awake. He waited another hour or so and tried again. He dropped off the car, walked home (had the backpack then though), fixed things up and got FW ready, then took his car with Tricia's body and their daughter to the dump location? I still think going in daylight is really really gutsy.

Washing the car was to remove road dust and maybe even blood spatter?

4 p.m. update: More human tissue has been found near the site where Tricia Todd’s remains were found, but the medical examiner cannot conclusively say at this time that remains are hers, Martin County Sheriff William Snyder said Friday afternoon.
It likely will take several weeks for DNA test results to be ready, Snyder said.
Crews searched the ound in the Hungryland Wildlife and Environmental Area along the Martin and Palm Beach County border Friday and will search until dark, Snyder said.
The sheriff also said other burn sites and camp areas within the preserve may be searched. Cadaver dogs are on the scene.

The area is quite far from any residential areas. It's miles & miles of woods & swamp.

There aren't many homes out there. It's really not that risky for him to do - around here, even the busier roads in town are practically empty after midnight. An area like that? Highly unlikely for him to be seen or heard by anyone.
