Sorry, guess you aren't watching. Defense was questioning the ME's knowledge & the judge immediately stepped in saying he has been the ME for xxxyrs, on & on. Defense wanted sidebar...no!!

No..no, it's alright, honestly. Nope, I don't or rather can't watch the trial/s live which is why I get extremely upset and frustrated when our tweeting sourcers are slack--I rely on them heavily....thank goodness we have marvelous WS members like yourself who keep us all updated on a regular basis by posting a comment here and there as to what's happening. HUGE THANK YOU!
