Wow, the judge is laying out a good case for the prosecution. Shows the attack was prolonged, using more than one weapon on Nick Leonard.
Multiple blows show premeditation. As to Megan Brown, the firearm came from NL, meaning AM had to get the firearm from NL. Premeditation shown for GB because NL's weapon was used and GB had time to load a weapon. Margaret Brown, bag over head with brain matter and blood inside. She was also bound in garage. Premeditated design on part of AM shown by physical evidence.
