That guy sitting in the second row behind AM looks sort of like Cheney Mason.

I noticed that yesterday!! I think that is Livermore, DP attorney. I heard the Judge address him.

He totally does! But he’s in another courtroom today (the security guard in Orlando) defending another 🤬🤬🤬

Is that trial being streamed?

No mental illness or diminished capacity should be considered. Did I hear this right? And what is a deprived mind?

Hmm. Cameraperson.
um yeah – a fairly good glimpse of those who will soon deliberate. That glimpse confirmed my sense that there will not be a quick verdict.
Not popular with the few following here, but I think the convictions will be 3 manslaughters and 1 murder (maybe 2[SUP]nd[/SUP] degree?).

Yes. Opening statements were Tuesday afternoon. I was going to watch last night to catch up and this one went so late I haven’t. I’ll probably switch over to that one this afternoon. I really wanted to catch up first, but that probably won’t happen LOL

Now going over the verdict forms.

I think there will be a verdict today unless they disagree on first degree. In that case I think they will def give first degree for Margaret at least.

IMO it’s first degree for all, but you never know with a jury!

Lol, her pronunciation of a word was bad. Care to hazard a guess which word it was?

No, you never know! And this is close to Hilsborough county & we all know what happened with the jury in that verdict!

They are calling it “proffer”

That’s what I heard when state asked why they couldn’t ask any questions.
