Very difficult to hear this witness. Went on walk about 11:15-11:20. Marked on the map where he thought he heard a gunshot. Then he heard a few more after that. After the first time it was about 1-2 minutes, then 1-2 more, then a fourth 20-30 seconds after that. Says it sounded like a low caliber gun. Didn't call 911.

Defense questions whether it could have been a .380 he heard. He answers yes.

I suppose the defense is now trying to impeach the witness by comparing his deposition to today's testimony. He said in deposition it was closer to 12:00 as opposed to 11:45.
