Aug 29, 2014 looking on Craigslist for a dog. Looking for a small dog. Found AM's ad. She texted the number and set up an appointment to buy a dog. Between 12-3 pm. Multiple back and forth messages. Went between 4-4:30 pm with her father. Texted when she got there. Walked up to house and he walked out with the dogs. A box of dogs. $50 for the dog. LE came to see her about a week later.

Next .... couldn't get name. X-ray tech. Mom doesn't speak English. Call came in to her unknown call. Called number back & agreed to purchase dogs. Went to house & smelled very foul smell. Aug 31. Knocked at door AM came to door with puppy & towel recently bathed. Saw Tristan!! In Spider-Man underwear through window. Bought dog, it stunk gave it several baths. LE came to see them later ID'd AM . Done, no cross
