Next witness, state calls Kimberly Ward. Customer from the Fisherman's Shack. She knew the owners and Megan Brown.

She saw Megan's vehicle still there 8/30 at about 8:30 am when she went for her morning walk. When she returned about 9:30 the vehicle was gone. She was aware of the situation between AM and Brown and knew Brown's vehicle had been there since the 28th.

Next witness, Kayla Wilkins. Occupational therapy assistant. Worked at Winn Dixie in 2014 as customer service representative, in office. Viewed some video surveillance from September 1, 2914.

Case of beer and gallon of milk; AM at customer service desk with check that he tried to cash to pay for items.

Now she's ringing up milk, beer, and cigarettes for him that he pays for with a credit card. Now prosecution admitting three photos into evidence; identified by witness, one shows the time of transaction as 3:12 pm on September 1, 2014.

Next witness, Ethan Roy. He worked as a trash collection driver in 2014, working on September 2, 2014. Picked up 10 or so white trash bags, apparently at the Brown's address.

Next witness, Stephanie Holyak. Worked as bank teller for Wells Fargo on September 2, 2014. AM cashed check from Get Hooked; transaction shown on video surveillance. Still photos admitted as evidence.

AM is wearing a Colonial ??? tee shirt. He gave address 7719 ?Hatteras Dr. and phone number on paperwork; he was thinking about opening a checking account.

Witness identifies AM as the person in the bank that day. Defense questioning witness about AM opening a checking account. Released.
Next witness, Jesse Fletcher. He worked for Papa John's in 2014 as delivery driver/shift leader. Delivered pizza to AM, adult male, possibly Hispanic with no shirt. Noticed very foul odor. Now Fletcher is a deputy and is familiar with the smell of decomposition. He didn't see anyone other than Adam Matos.

He identified AM as the person he delivered pizza to on September 2, 2014 about 6:00 pm. He now identifies that person in the courtroom as Adam Matos.

Next witness, Grace Dimalanta. Works for J&E, has many work duties, including records for Papa John's. (Records include orders, credit cards, employees, etc.) Met with Sheriff's Office in September 2014 to identify records.
Identifies receipt from September 1, 2014 around 4:30 pm from Papa John's for order from Adam, 7719 Hatter Dr. in Hudson.

Witness identifies receipt on September 2, 2014. Customer Adam from 7710 Hatteras Dr.

Next witness, Shannon? Mann. She lived at the time, August 2014, on Hatteras in Hudson. Familiar with 7719 Hatteras Dr. Walking dog by 7719 she noticed there were no dogs outside. Side door was open, someone was inside. (Very difficult to understand witness, she has a hard time talking.)
Person inside, in the shadows, was swishing? (Sounds like someone was washing something down.) Defense objects, sidebar.
Describes individual as about prosecutor's size, not old or young teenager, was 20's, 30's. Person with hose was rinsing the floor inside the doorway and using broom; hard sweeping like he was trying to push the water out the door. As she walked by he stepped back into the shadows.

In the afternoon, between 3-4 pm, she was with another neighbor. Side by side vehicle, like golf cart, down Old Dixie Highway to the dead-end berm. Noticed lots of vultures and a horrific smell, like she'd never smelled before. About twenty feet from the berm. Instead of letting the dogs run around, they left because of the smell.
