He was worried about the weapons but not all those dead bodies in the house?

Hit Margaret over the head “a few times” can’t remember. “Maybe more than 3”.

Was scared she or anyone coming to the house would kill him so he killed her.

He now feels horrible about her death. Haunts him everyday. Says he was paranoid.

So now he moves the truck, the van , and the bodies. While Tristan was sleeping.

And now we are skipping to August 29 - sale of items on Craigslist.

It’s all about Tristan- and the dogs. So he waited until midnight on the 29th to go to Walmart and buy the shovel to bury the bodies. So Tristan wouldn’t have to see the bodies.


He only took $50 for each dog because he just wanted them to have a good home. He just needed money to feed Tristan. He only used Margaret’s credit card to get pizza to feed Tristan.

Gheesh now we are skipping ahead a week- talking about the trip to skinny’s bar. He was drinking to “escape the reality of what happened”


So he’s saying Tristan was sleeping every time he left. I believe neighbor testified they went to skinny’s around 6pm. Also I don’t think banks are open when we sleep.
