Now he’s talking about the ruse police used to get him out. Claims he told Tristan he wouldn’t be back, he was sorry, etc.

When police arrived 9/4 he woke up Tristan, told him to get dressed, packed a bag, and left. Stayed outside until it got dark. Wtf did he feed this child this day??

How is this taking care of him as he says. The reason why he took him and left and sat outside.

I don’t think he had any idea the jig was up.

He looks like a statue on the stand - sitting straight up - no emotion whatsoever....

I'd love to see the jury's faces right about now

What about that spent bullet on the driveway?

Premeditation...how about it does not require days, hours, or minutes for premeditation.

I don’t understand why they talked about that either.

These questions by defense are ridiculous!!

Oh thank goodness they are done.

Restroom break only - ugh the jury didn’t choose lunch!

I’m still in my pajamas— wish they chose lunch.

Prosecution has sooooo much to choose on where to start with him. If he doesn’t cry - i can’t even explain what I’m thinking. But he’s like not human.
