This next witness has been in the room. He’s who I️ said I️ saw earlier. I️ guess it is Peter- his brother.


I️ hope this goes faster than the last. I️ have to leave at 2:30.

Peter says being bullied happened often due to being new or racism. Doctor was Anthony Dipeledo for 6 years. An acquaintance like relationship not a step parent relationship. Peter left to live with his dad when this doctor was living with them. When Peter returned his relationship with Adam was different- their relationship changed from that point on.

At ages 10 and 12 Mom left (for a couple weeks) and Peter was in charge of Adams care. This was normal.


This is when I️ leave. My kids school is about 3/4 a mile away. I️ hope I️ don’t miss the South America stuff!

I️ remember her saying something way earlier about a break at 3. Though this was earlier than three that the seal showed up. Something about someone missing a flight.

I’ll see if anyone answers me on Twitter.

Edit- no answer but someone on the lawnewz chat box next to the stream said 1/2 hour break. She typed that at 2:40. Said last three witnesses will be by Skype and they need to set up.

Skype all set up. Someone on the other side will swear them in.

Talking about knowing nothing about swearing in. No paperwork. So now we will swear them in from this court.

Next witness Hector Matos by Skype. He is Adams Uncle.

Helped out Adams mother and they lived with him for a period of time. Adam was a fun child. He was very close to Adam. Describes Adam as similar to Tristan. He didn’t talk much.

Kept in contact with Adam as he grew up. Talking about a lot of good times and he was always respectful to him. Recalls the family moving around a lot. Never saw adam as an aggressive person.

He says that at one point Adam was going to be a model or a music something and He encouraged him. He made a cd. He was proud of him.

He met Megan maybe 3 times. She didn’t talk much. Describes that he didn’t agree with Adam moving to Florida- he doesn’t trust Florida. Something about his brother and something happened to him there. He didn’t explain. FYI he was asked if he knew Tristan and he answered he met “her” 3 times. Then went on about how quiet she was. I️ believe he didn’t really know Tristan and Megan’s names. He just assumed they were asking about Megan.

I’m not feeling like Uncle hector had much contact with Adam that much as an adult.

He feels no differently knowing what he has done. He will support him until the end. He will have contact with him.


On cross we learn that Uncle Hector had an accident at age 21 and is on disability. It caused a lot of lost memory.


Uncle hector says thank you and then “love you Adam” as he leaves the room.
