It's strange. I thought the man by the black car was the same guy who brought her out. It also looks like a below ground parking garage. I thought the victim was wearing a wig because her hair was so high up her forehead and "styled" in a very unique way. It bothered me as well that you never see her face.

I thought it was a parking garage also. She also does not seem to be in a hurry to go in. Seems casual and slow. I hope she’s ok.

My two thoughts are the moment are that this is either a domestic (which was the case in another video here a while back) or, if this is a bad area as stated above by two posters, with absolutely no disrespect to the victim maybe this is a pimp/worker or worker/client relationship. Whatever the case hope she is located safe.

Everything is JMO.

Looks staged to me. She's walking to the car ahead of him, not struggling much. She is not being dragged. He doesn't even look like he has much of a hold on her. And then, the cameras follow them. I call foul on it.

(I see you’ve been a member here since 2010 so this ain’t your first rodeo.) I’m not getting a staged vibe but hey I could be wrong. I do know law enforcement wants help on this (never have I ever heard “even if it’s speculation call it in ” (or whatever they said, paraphrasing), have you guys? I have heard “no tip is too small” (Abby and Libby), but I can’t say I’ve ever heard the word “speculation” used when LE reaches out for a tip.

I’m approaching this as a non hoax in case it’s not a hoax. Moo.

Just tossing in my opinion. I don’t think it’s staged. The guy that takes her out and the guy she approaches in the beginnning are not the same guy. The hair and wash of jeans is different.

I agree, I do not see this staged at all. Given she told two witnesses to call 911 because "he" was going to kill her pretty well sums up the situation. IMO

The "tire shop"... we have countless tire and rim shops here in PHX. They are mostly run by those from the hispanic communities. This shop looks just like the shops we have around here. Most of them are open 24/7.
What it appears to me is that it began as a rolling domestic dispute. She jumps out of the car and starts walking/running. She walks into the the tire shop to use the restroom. He had turned around and witnessed her enter the shop.... goes in and gets her.
Believe it or not police get calls for "rolling domestics" all of the time.
