I saw that Winnie's NamUs profile was modified yesterday, 2/19/26. That made me think that a few years back I submitted a possible match to Jacksonville PD, and never heard back. I looked thru my email and resent it to another Jacksonville PD tips email today, (I attached a read receipt) and it was just read. This is the Jane Doe I submitted. The National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs)

The Doe had a Mother's ring - Winnie was said to have one.
The Doe was estimated to be 5'8 - 140 lbs
Winnie is listed as being 5'9 - 140lbs
Age range of doe is 16-30 - Winnie was 27 when she went missing.

The distance between Jacksonville (where Winnie went missing from) and where the Jane Doe was found - Union City GA is 5 hours.

March 4, 1992. Jacksonville PD did read my email but I got no response. Go figure.
Winnie's NamUs profile was modified again on 3/5/26 but still no new rule outs
