FL - Woman drowns dog in airport bathroom and throws it in trash to avoid missing flight - Orange County, 12/16/25

Beyond sick. We had these neighbors, every year they got a new dog, whatever was in "fashion" like a Dalmatian, St. Bernard, Cocker Spaniel...and then they would take it to the pound if they went on vacation, and get a new dog when they came home.

My daughter asked me, "Why do we have the SAME dog?!" Why can't we get a new dog every year?!...

Yeah. Why did we have the SAME dog for 15 years!?

I don't have anything constructive to say - anything I said would get me put in timeout because it would be ugly. Curious if she treats humans with the same level of disregard. Probably.

As a owner of a dog rescue.... there were many options for her. Call family or animal control. If she will do this to a helpless voiceless animal she will do harm to anything in her way. Heartbreaking

I 1000% agree - there were options. But apparently she was in too big a rush to catch her flight for whatever to use 1 ounce of common decency or humanity for anything other than herself. I'd like to see her banned from ever owning another animal of any kind.
