Luis Toledo found guilty in murders of wife, her children

A jury returned guilty verdicts on all counts on Friday evening, finding that Luis Toledo killed his wife and her two children, and tampered with evidence by disposing of their bodies.

Toledo then said he wanted to waive his right to argue why he should not be sentenced to death.

So this afternoon the judge will once again instruct the jury to deliberate on sentencing? Are they done with the mitigation and VIS?

The judge allowed only the children's father and grandmother to address the jury with victim impact statements. He wouldn't allow the aunt to give a VIS. I don't know if the prosecution has anything further to present since they were denied the video showing the children.

Oh yes. We have to wait for the doctor to describe LT's "abnormal" brain. I wonder if YS or her family knew of these psychiatric problems? Or his previous alias?
