Agency Report #26-0389758 CRIMINAL REPORT AFFIDAVIT/HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA CRA #: HS26011803
On April 26, 2026, at approximately 1400 hours, the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office was notified of a black trash bag on the shoreline on the east side of Fourth Street North, just south of I-275. This was also just south of the Howard Frankland Bridge, where Zamil Limon's body was located, concealed in a black trash bag. HCSO CID Detectives, Pinellas CountySheriff's Office Marine Units, Pinellas County Medical Examiner, and Crime Scene responded, and confirmed the bag contained a human body in advanced stages of decomposition. The black trash bag was tied in a knot, like how law enforcement located Zamil Limon's body. The black trash bag was transported to the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office to be examined by the Pinellas County Medical Examiner's Office. It should be noted that the body was clothed in similar clothing based on the unique style that Nahida Bristy was last seen in on video surveillance. It should also be noted that the victim was located with multiple stab injuries, which is consistent with the manner of death of Zamil Limon. At the time of this writing, the decedent's identification is still pending.Based on the totality of the circumstances, interviews, evidence, and data, evidence would show Hisham Abugharbieh also tampered with evidence (related to Bristy's body), failed to report a death (related to Bristy's body), and unlawfully stored or transported a dead human body (related to Bristy's body).
