Flower shop owner caught stealing flowers off of graves

In response to thefts of flowers, plants and other items from First Reformed Church Cemetery in Pompton Plains over the past few months, surveillance cameras were installed in the area on April 21 and officers replaced two of the missing plants in front of a mausoleum, police said.
