Does anyone know about any sort of insurance policies, etc. Would there be any financial benefit to AB or EB should anything happen to our sweet girl? There HAD to be something, no? What would their motive be? This girl was an angel.

This is only my belief, but, all children are "angels". I dont think any amount of money for this evil person would have stopped her from doing what she(they) did to Zahra.
In fact, I believe if she(they) had all the money she ever wanted, she would have killed Zahra before October. These are people that are just that and Zahra paid the price with the abuse and end result death:furious:
The only difference would have maybe been that they lived in a million dollar haunted castle with a staff of vampires that waited on her ,she(they) would have still abused and killed Zahra.
Her brain is diseased from drug use, on the same line as garrido, except his victim was found before he phisically killed her. KWIM?

"The subpoena says she may have used as many as eight different aliases and also requested any financial transactions made by Baker's daughter from a previous marriage, Amber Fairchild"

Things that make you go HMMMMMM......

I wonder if they are looking for a deposit or transfer from AF? Didn't she say she took her mother to get money sent from LD? Maybe it was in her name or cashed by her? or signed over to EB for cashing? Just thinking with my fingers here.

extremely interesting that they are now looking into her accounts and transactions made from her daughter........8 aliases!! I wonder if this was for 8 accounts??? and if so that would mean a bit of money.....

well we know for a fact that they were drug dealers so there is some money there and $10000 from the guy in england??? is that actually legit do you think??

she really is a dead beat 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬........and I am not sticking up for AB at all....no way.....he neglected his daughter once he hit the US in my mind......but she really dragged him down......he went from a loving caring father living with his extended family in OZ, working and earning good money (and it is good pay, I know people who work there) at a sugar mill.......in general leading a decent life, to one of crime, drugs, ripping off people, not working, neglecting his daughter, unsettled lifestyle...

BBM yes I think LE is looking into a money trail, fraud, drug money and everything they can get.
If I were her family and involved in any money laundrying for her, I would come clean now.............it's gonna get very dirty IMO

Um...I respectfully disagree, any father constantly moving so the birth mother has to search unendingly for her child is no caring father. Then to leave his own country, taking his daughter with him to Zahra's detriment, was completely unfathomable. At least in Australia she would have been able to get basic health care regardless of income. Here, there are many wonderful hospitals and groups that donate time and services to children, including a St. Judes, Shriners etc. This however requires a caring parent to approach them and I don't think he was particularly interested in doing this. Even in Australia he was not the one who was caring for her, it was grandma who got things done.
He has always been willing to abdicate responsibility for Zahra to anyone except the birth mother, In fact he went out of his way to maintain control of his child and keep her from finding them. This wasn't a loving father but one who was indifferent and selfish. JMO

ITA - but would like to add:

Maybe he was vindictive and full of "vengence". JMHO

My mother sends me money at birthdays and Christmas via the MoneyGram, so maybe LE is looking into London Dude to see if he sent several to EB over the months.

Maybe this was a way to launder (and hide) drug money. I believe that EB and one of her ex'es (MOO) were into selling drugs.

Wasn't this her third marriage?
If so, these "could have been" her aliases (assuming she married a smith and a jones and her maiden name was johnson!) And just for fun, you can also change the spelling of her first name to Elesa to double all the ones I just posted.

Aliases aren't always bad. They *can be* just other names you are known by. I don't like her, but I have a hyphenated last name, and so could be considered as having several "aliases" as well. (with my maiden name being one of them.)

Since LE is also looking into AF and her bank records I feel I can ask a couple questions.

How old is AF?
Does she have two kids? If so, are they the one's I've seen on other sites or are they infants? I know EB had pictures of her grandkids on her MS and those kids looked as old as Zahra.
Also who is AF's Dad? Do we know?

Perhaps AF's knowledge about the money EB received from London is the reason why LE is checking into her records. Could EB have been hiding this windfall via AF?

I hope that I don't anger anyone about what I'm about to say... more so by applying cold theory to such an emotional case, but please hear me out.

When you have a commodity, as long as that commodity is an asset, you keep it around. You promote it, invest in it, make it attractive--and you SELL of it. As long as it contributes financially to your needs.

Once the commodity becomes a liability, in that the upkeep of the commodity costs more than the income the commodity brings in financially, you sell it off, divest yourself of it. Get rid of it. It no longer supports your needs.

I know it's sickening to apply the theory above to a beautiful child like Zahra, but if you can think along those lines, you may arrive at some answers.

Column One - Asset................................Column 2 - Liability
Sympathy/Donations...............................Cancer comes back, no insurance
Attention/Freebies..................................People start noticing that Z is neglected
CHIPS - free med care.............................Five year waiting period for immigrants before covered
Elisa - possibly paid caretaker...................But caring for Zahra is more than a full time job in Elisa's mind
.........(state program to pay
..........for care of disabled child)
TANF/Food Stamps = $100s/mo.................With Adam working=minimum benefits.
...........................................................New leg needed, and that amount will be
...........................................................HUGE without insurance. Plus, when they take
...........................................................Zahra in for exam for leg, abuse will be noted
Rumors that Zahra had been
sexually abused, even offered.....................Pregnancy, disease, doctor's visit = All comes out.
up to others for that purpose,
possibly for financial gain.

And there are many other things that I'm sure you guys who are more acquainted with the case could add to either column.

I did exactly the same thing that you did in order to support my suspicions about certain things, but also as a way to point me to other avenues of research. Your layout is much more organized than mine, though. So I'm stealing it. Thanks. :)

I see what you are saying but I respectfully disagree... the list of aliases she had is somewhere in the general discussion threads... I will see if I can find it ((note: one of them is the same last name as the LONDON DUDE that was noted by AF in court)) brb to see if I can find the blasted list LOL

I have a question for our Aussie's out there. If you have a disabled child, is there a cash benefit to help offset costs incurred and ensure the child has a safety net if they are unable to work as adults? In the States we have Social Security Income SSI, that is based upon the total family income. A family of 3 earning only $600 a month (if EB is to be believed), would more than likely qualify for SSI payments for a child like Zahra. Due to Zahra's disablity, if she didn't have the complicating factor of not being a US citizen (I assume), I doubt she is eligible for these benefits as AB was not employed in the US for more than 2 years. I am not sure of the laws regarding immigration, citizenship, etc. I am only speaking in general terms that a low income family could potentially receive up to $630 (ish) per month for SSI for their disabled child, in addition to their income (up to a certain amount). The SSI payments are usually made to a parent of the child or a "protective payee" who must then account how the money has been and is being spent - if SSI questions them. For instance, the parent would have to show that 1/3 of the rent, food, utilities, and other expenditures went to pay for their disabled child. Furthermore, they would need to show that the parents have been putting $ away for expenditures just for the child (ie: clothing, learning aides, hearing aides, prosthetics, etc).

I wonder if EB encouraged AB to come to the States to get SSI for Zahra and once they got here found out Zahra doesn't qualify (due to her being from Oz and forged docs to get her here). Furthermore, SSI would not allow someone with a conviction history of forgery or fraud to be the "protective payee" if they knew about it.

Would there be a cash incentive that sounded better in the States than what AB and Zahra could get in Oz?
