Food Donations Needed for Searchers! Search on for this weekend Feb. 18-20 2011

Please everyone I am begging you, DO NOT buy food if you are in a tight spot. Only if you can really and truly afford it.

We are set for tomorrow (Friday) Thanks to 6 Angels.

Let's start on Saturday. They are expecting a lot of searchers.

How about we order Pizza but also order sandwiches. Ask them to cut them in half and wrap them so the searchers can take them with them.

Be creative when you call and ask about sandwiches or be safe and order pizza. Whatever you can do will be greatly appreciated.

We are using Biggs Pizza for now.

Biggs Pizza 325-728-3300

Large Pizzas (1 topping) are $6.99 for Websleuths

Cheese Breadsticks with marinara $4.00

Wings 10 piece is $6.99

Apple Pizza 5.99
Cinna-Sticks 2.99

Ask about their sandwiches. If you order a sandwich please have them cut it in half and wrap separately so the searchers can take it with them while they work.


Go ahead and let's get it rocking for Saturday. Then we'll work on Sunday.

When you order BE SURE AND PUT WHAT YOU ORDERED RIGHT HERE.

They do have water so no need to worry.

fellas, if you could sort a person who will take paypal donations from us int'l users to buy on our behalf, I think that would be wonderful. I always have to do it this way, no one ever wants to deal with international orders over there. but I am more than happy to paypal funds to someone willing to order for me!

I have enough money in the bank to cover some orders. Not a lot though.

PayPal takes several days to transfer the money into the bank and the orders need to go in today and tomorrow. I think that may be the biggest problem.

Sub/Hoagie/Grinder/Hero (depending on your region) Sandwiches are $5 and can be cut into 4 pieces and wrapped separately.

I ordered 8 for Saturday:

4 ham and cheese

4 italian cold cut

Total 32 pieces

Someone will need to let Bigg's Pizza know when to have the order ready for pickup. I assume that part is being handled locally.

Since Friday seems to be taken care of, can someone confirm that "We are using Biggs Pizza for now." is ok that I call and order some for Saturday (or Sunday) or does that mean "for now" that the restaurant of choice may change?

We are using Biggs unless I post otherwise but I don't see that happening.

I have learned to leave every possible door open when it comes to food ordering just in case another restaraunt wants to participate.

It's Biggs and only Biggs unless I post something else.

I'm in Nashville, so can't help with the search. But, I got in kind of late on this I guess. If money is still needed, I'd be happy to contribute. Please let me know.

What we need people to do is to call Biggs Pizza (see my posts with the information) and order either Pizza or Sandwiches for the search party. All the info is in the first post of this thread.

So far for Saturday we have

8 full sandwiches cut into fourths making 32 smaller indivudally wrapped sandwiches.

This is the only order we have so far for Saturday.

Anything else anyone can do would be greatly appreciated.

Ok for Saturday. I went to Biggs and arranged for food at 11:30 Sat. delivered to Civic Center.

10 Large Pizzas with misc. toppings.

Earlier I told someone how this day was turning into one of the worst since my father died. All personal stuff. Then when I read what this person had donated and then I came to this thread and read how much you care and how you help no matter what Websleuths asks of you it brought me right back up. Now it is one of the better days thanks to your generosity and caring for Hailey. You have restored my faith in the human race

Is there someone here who wasn't dropped on their head as a youngster on a regular basis by their big brother who I haven't forgiven yet and can actual add things coherently unlike me?

If there is if someone wouldn't mind putting together a quick list of how much we have going out on Saturday I would appreciate it.

I'll be off the forum for a bit but back as soon as I can to check on things.

She's fine. It was a bit of a scare this morning but all is well. She was in a car accident but the people and the animals are OK.
