For Those Who Do Not Think Avery was Framed & Evidence Planted - Discuss

Yes, KK's girlfriend sorry.

I have been thinking about BD's overturned conviction being upheld and what the ramifications could be. Imagine if this happened...

Overturned conviction is upheld > the state takes it back to trial > in the mean time, SA loses his last chance at freedom > SA is enraged that BD might be going home, admits to the murder > SA is the state's star witness at BD's trial and tells the jury BD participated in rape and murder > SA is now considered a liar by his current supporters > BD found guilty again and receives even longer sentence.

Your imagination is much better than mine that's for sure, because I can't envision SA ever admitting to the murder, not even if his appeals are fini.

LOL No, he will never admit. He would pin it on his own mother if he could. JMO

You guys have probably seen this interview, I put off watching it because I had already seen the other one and didn't think there would be anything new plus it is long. LOL

I'm glad I was sitting down because when he says that they found tarp grommets in the fire pit, you could have knocked me over with a feather [emoji50]

I posted my theory on several websites and was mocked severely for suggesting that SA used tarp during the murder to contain any trace evidence. This was a big in your face moment for me when I heard that and I am feeling vindicated. I hope DCI reports will be available publically sooner rather than later. There is clearly facts in this case that we just don't know yet. JMO

These are tarp grommets

This is the interview on the radio talk show. Other info talked about was SA discussing the carpet cleaner on the phone with JS. Apparently he had just cleaned the carpets. Whoooaaa! [emoji50]

Am I the only one whonthinks that BD may have been thrown under the bus by his uncle, SA?
I think he was used. I don't think he should get the same sentence as his uncle, but he must stop this nonsense about being coerced by LE. If he isn't remorseful for his part in it, then he isn't rehabilitated. JMO

Tarp grommets. First I'm learning about this. I haven't seen the interview you reference--I've watched very few interviews in this case and not read a quarter of the things you've read, so thank you for bringing these interesting updates to the discussion. :ok:

That would be another missing piece of the puzzle--and it would answer some of the questions pertaining to how a crime scene could have been protected from blood or DNA. Yes, you've talked about the use of a tarp as a logical tool in the murderer's arsenal.

I love how information is coming out, info that wasn't widely known before.

By thrown under the bus, I don't think BD was falsely accused, he implicated himself with his own behavior that had his cousin very concerned and then BD spilled some of the beans of what went down that day during various interviews. On his own BD was not someone who would harm another person, IMO.

The coercion BD faced came, I believe, from his dear uncle and his family who would not allow BD to take a plea. SA got BD involved in this crime and SA doesn't feel any guilt about ruining his nephew's life. That's cold.

Whooooaa.. good job Limaes. Lucky guess about the tarp or ?

Love all the new info too. It is a long interview and trying to think off the top of my head what else was discussed.

Paraphrasing

• In the recording of SA & JS phone call on 31st, they heard the beep from the hand held police scanner. It was apparently next to his bed.

• A long time after the fact, they got the recordings of SA & JS Nov 1st 2005 phone call. Talking about rug cleaner, SA had cleaned all the rugs that day. JS told him you can clean the inside of it. SA says he will take it back. That is what investigators believe he did at this point in time. He took it back and came home with a brand new one.

• When SA allowed LE to check inside his trailer on 4th, they could smell cleaning products.

• Doesn't understand why people accusing LE of not looking at boyfriend, brother etc. Says up until Rav 4 was found they were looking for an alive Teresa. They didn't know if a crime had been committed and there was no reason to start investigating the very people who were trying to find her. (I think that is what he said LOL)

• Once Brutus hit on the Rav 4, they knew it wasn't gonna end good :(

Apparently the bookstores down here aren't going to stock it, I can order it from them who then order from the U.S. They're charging 50 Aus dollars so I may as well just order from the U.S myself. Hopefully Amazon uses a courier and not snail mail. [emoji17]

Can I ask why you believe every single word that comes out of KK's piehole?

Also, no offence but I liked your sockpuppet avatar much better.

ETA- Brutus hit on the RAV4??

Wingnut Enterprises are a wonderful and valuable company. Their role in keeping nuts in place is very underrated. In my opinion of course.

Not sure that "And I think I found....some other metal grommets" is hardly compelling proof of anything, IMO. Actual evidence would have been presented at trial. The prosecution team doesn't get to go back and make stuff up after the fact, IMO.

The fact that Kratz is even mentioning stuff like this tells me he is desperate. I really don't see how this points against evidence of planting or a frame job. I am trying to consider that narrative, but the more I hear out of Kratz the less believable it becomes. He should just shut his pie hole if he wants to save face and stay out of prison IMO

Hack saw blade.
What appeared to be grommets.
Hammer.
Piece of a zipper.
Bone matter intertwined with steel belt wire.

Confirmed in testimony.

All part of the conspiracy? I think not.
Doesn't sound desperate to me at all -- it's just information about what was found in that burn pit. Is there testimony that impeaches what was found in the burn pit?

Limaes,

The other item I didn't comment on, because I forgot, is the revelation that SA not only cleaned his carpets, he said he did this cleaning on or about Oct 31, he and Jodi discussed cleaning the carpet cleaning machine(!?) and then SA took back the machine and got (purchased/rented/exchanged?) that machine he used to clean his carpets for a new carpet cleaning machine, before anyone even reported that TH was missing? And SA spoke of this himself on a phone call to Jodi (Jodi in jail) which was recorded because all jails record phone calls.

Wow.

That, IMHO, is huge.

Now how did police manage to get SA to coincidentally clean his carpets around the time TH disappeared and talk on the phone to his jailed girlfriend about cleaning the carpets, before police were ever notified there was a missing person, TH?

It is Ken Kratz' interpretation 12 yrs later that sounds desperate. MAYBE a grommet in the burn pit turns into definitely grommet in the burn pit which was part of a tarp which was used to shield the crime scene (actually 2 different crime scenes according to Kratz) from all the blood and dna that was washed up with , get this, CARPET CLEANER LOL
