I love it when "facts" are brought to Websleuths from "another site". GMAB
Me too...I love referencing steveaverycase.org

Oh wow!!Ferak became my favorite reporter quite a few months ago because he seemed to be the only local one that seemed to be digging for some truth in these cases, rather than just spinning the state's narrative and "evidence" like the rest of the local news sites were doing. But he is playing in a whole new ballgame now. I really didn't expect to see him going quite this hard, though, I have to admit, but I am all for it if he is able to bring to light the true nature of things that have taken place there in that area, and also maybe help to bring closure and justice to a grieving mother. As far as the locals reaction to this, many there may not feel comfortable speaking out against officials and the system there in fear of the fact that they will still have to live there with "said" officials still in power. Btw, this seems to be part 1 of a 3 part series, so I am looking forward to the next installments. :applause:

Yes, as far as the coroner being turned away from the Avery's being the same one, that is correct. I have also read elsewhere about her involvement in a hit and run (don't think it was this one, though I could be wrong) where a sheriff's deputy accidentally ran over the deceased victim before seeing it and the powers that be wanted her to leave that out of the report. She refused and told them that if, after the autopsy, it came to be that the victim died due to injuries obtained from a second hit that came from the deputy, then that was what she was going to report. Turns out the victim died from the initial accident, but the coroner's refusal to cooperate led to some speculation that that is the REAL reason she was walled off from the Avery's. I can't cite where I read all that from because it came from another forum, however, I believe that it would be easy enough for someone to find if they looked for it as I have seen it talked about on several sites. Actually, after searching, I did find an interview that S & B's defense investigator, Pete Baetz, did with a radio station where he spoke about this, but the link does not seem to work anymore, for some reason.ohhh I didn't notice it was part 1 of 3, can't wait to see what else he has uncovered. Thanks for posting the link earlier Jaiddie!
Another thing I had noticed was... the Coroner on scene for the hit and run is the same one that was turned away from Avery's.

Hi, back atcha, BCA!! :blowkiss: As missy stated, this is from a different incident than the one in the article.Hi Jaiddie!!:seeya:
IIRC, this is the same incident...
rsbmHuh... I thought this thread was for those that think Avery was Framed and Evidence was planted to discuss.

Right? Did you know that's there's a separate thread for those who dont think Avery was framed? Yeah... there is... but it's kinda dead...not much there at all. I guess it's sort of like having a thread for those who still think OJ is innocent. jmo
I can't speak for all super sleuths, per se, but this IS the thread that I originally posted the Ferak article (as well as the comments responding to it) in BECAUSE as it states, it is for Those Who Think Avery was Framed and Evidence Planted. As far as I know, my posts have NOT been moved. It only made sense to post it here considering the information that was contained within the article, LOL.All you super sleuths missed a very important 'clue' in the quest for snark summit.
Why all of a sudden are these posts appearing on the "framed" thread?
They were moved.
Want proof, you say?
My posts were moved from the Twitter thread to here, as were many other posts. Fact.
I posted them where the conversation was occurring.
The point, which is being totally missed (and more likely ignored) is this: some of us were accused of posting on the 'framing' thread, a thread that SA's fans started for themselves. No such posting took place. Those posts were moved from the Zellner thread to this thread, without any notice.
The level of investigative insight is illuminating.
Not saying posts weren't moved, that is why I started my comment, "I can't speak for all super sleuths...". Fact. I was just speaking about my own comments that I had posted here.My posts were moved from the Twitter thread to here, as were many other posts. Fact.
I don't think that it is in fact "SA Fans" that post here as I have seen many make claims that SA does not sound like a nice person (most especially to those closest to him). The people that post in this thread are more fans of Justice instead, IMHO.I posted them where the conversation was occurring.

I really lose respect when I see comments like "SA Fans" or another one i have seen... "Rape & Murder groupies". I also get quite suspicious as I don't understand why folks are attacking others because they are seeking truth and justice. There is just something really deceitful about that.
