yeah, I'm not sure what to think about that guys info.... if LE had followed up, maybe we would know more.... "superficial questioning"! I wonder if Zellner has been able to find anything more on this, IIRC, they did take a mirror image of her computer, I imagine it was part of discovery and the defense should have a copy of it.

Crazy people out there... and doesn't look great for the DOJ, they need to figure out a new system to verify requests, especially from a lawyer.

So I've been lurking on this particular thread for a while, great posts, provided great insight.

Whilst I can't say SA definitively 100% didn't do it, I most certainly can say there is no damning evidence to suggest he did do it, or at least evidence that I believe is genuine! And when people say refer to the transcripts that gets my goat. What exactly should I refer to? To evidence that I just cannot trust. That isn't evidence, it's simply convenient. The fact that a key appeared out of thin air days after searching the same tiny area just sounds far too convenient.
The fact that they literally didn't properly look into people close to her throughly blows my mind!
The Rav 4..it goes on!
The LE departmental officers conflict of interest..and this is the short version.

When 1+1 =3 I'm not convinced. In the meantime, I hope KZ gets

I agree 100% it irks me too when people refer me to look at the evidence and transcripts to see SA's guilt. The evidence and transcripts are what gives me the most doubts when I look back at it.I just don't understand how anyone could look back at that investigation and how things were conducted without seeing it for the travesty of justice it all was. 1+1=3, indeed! JMO, of course.

Posting in the other thread about Stahlke and his testimony about the blood reminded me of something I read last week.

I am not sure we ever discussed this.... but the RAV4 didn't have a CD player, but she had a CD case in the front seat. I just checked quickly, and there was a CD adapter in the evidence list (I don't know if it was from the RAV4 or somewhere else). Anyway, I'm just wondering if this is yet another thing "missing"? Like her purse and all her other keys.

I don't recall every noticing there was no CD player before. I remember those adapters for vehicles that had the cassette stereo's, don't know if I ever owned one though lol

I am not saying that some of the theories contained here are not completely crazy, but some of the others DO have legitimate reasons why some could believe they were possible. This article read more like a DO article then JF so I don't not understand his complete switch to the mainstream party line all of a sudden. He has turned into one of the WI pod people alien3 it would seem. All JMO, of course.

To put the very people suspected of negligent or sinister actions in the 2005 case in charge of collecting and transporting, let alone in charge of doing any testing for the re-tests is ludicrous. It has been proven, and SC testified HERSELF to contaminating evidence because of negligently allowing students to be present while conducting tests on extremely important evidence, so SURE, it seems completely reasonable to allow her access to these new, extremely important re-tests. /s :shakehead: I have said MANY times that nothing I hear about that investigation and these cases would surprise me anymore, and yet they keep em coming. :shocked2:Incredible! Mine too. Another thing that gets to me is...those who find Avery guilty, many have no problem with protocol not being followed, conflict of interest, etc.

I'm not worried about it. KZ has exhonorated many with people on the other side of the fence in high places. There were many who had something to lose. IMHO, I believe KZ would figure it out and boy oh boy would that be something to see...LOL
