I don't see why we couldn't assume that Tanya rush or Sugar bear are connected. It would make sense.

I'm not sure if I think the perp lived/lives in Brooklyn. I think that maybe he was just trolling the area for a moment.

I'm starting to wonder about these suitcases and what that might mean. To me it says he needs a way to remove the bodies from his place with out people taking note. Is he the type that would blend in with a suitcase? Is there a goodwill or something where someone is buying an unusual amount of suitcases over the years?

good thinking gia, i know the one suitcase for cherries or peaches was only sold at walmart. This person would be acquiring a number of suitcases. There is an old gangster picture where the gangsters buy a luggage shop next to a bank to tunnel into the vault and use the suitcases to hide the dirt from the digging

So I wonder if they were able to figure out when it was sold then. Or if maybe you do? Because what I am thinking is that this perp wouldn't risk buying something at a store where there would be a camera. A second hand shop would be were I would go to buy things I would need if I were up to something really bad that I didn't want to get caught doing.

A little bit off topic here but I remember when my ex and I lived in Chicago. The weirdest guy lived next door to us. One of the first things I noticed and pointed out to my ex was that this guy drove a Porsche and dressed very nice yet he always had an old crappie suitcase. Not only that but I also pointed out that a guy who was driving a Porsche chose to live in our crappie apartment complex. And he most always had a different suitcase. He only came to his apartment about once every four weeks. And one time we were out walking our dog and she got lose and ran into his apartment because he had left the door open. Super weird because we thought maybe he would kind of help us get her out but he just stood and stared at us. Didn't say hi or smile. Just looked at us. We tried joking with him but he wouldn't say a single word. And once I got in there to get her I noticed that there was not a single thing in that apartment but this guys suitcase. It gave me the creeps.

Anyways, point is that someone might have actually notice this guy for reasons kind of like mine. They should maybe start pushing pictures of the suitcases to the public. I know I would have noticed if I seen something like that and connected it to the weird guy next-door.

Yes brilliant gia it's exactly something like this that could catch this loser. Especially focusing on Massapequa and going from there. Getting the attention of everyone who lives in the town, suggesting who or what items like suitcases and blankets they might recognize, jewelry. Door to door footwork. Remember that story that everyone said was fake about the detective going door to door in gilgo just outside oak beach and find a very suspicious suspect who lived right there? I wouldnt be so fast to dismiss this article. Does anyone remember it or can anyone find it? It was in a tabloid so everyone said it was fake but something rang true about it i thought and I also heard a rumor that sounded a lot like this story.

Were does the nassau border start on ocean parkway....what are the communities of houses on the nassau border....if he lives on ocean parkway...he could dump bodies on the suffolk side and still watch them. If he had no connection and they couldnt id they person...how could they connect him to the murders...

The Nassau/Suffolk border is at the western end of West Gilgo beach, eastern end of the Tobay parking lot. All of the homes on the ocean parkway are in Suffolk county and considered the town of Babylon. There was never any door to door canvasing of the residents of West Gilgo, Gilgo or Oak Beach.

Amber was picked up from her house in North Babylon which is kind of close to where I live. Scary. A major Part of the reason I would prefer if this guy was caught is because if you think him and manorville are the same guy....well then Babylon is almost the central point (between Manorville and Manhattan). I do not like having a very active serial killer running around my neighborhood, especially since I have a lot of friends and family who are female. NOne of them are hookers but as we have seen with this guy, he does evolve. Who knows if he decides to change target groups.....a group a little more challenging and not hookers that will jump in the car with you because you got a couple of bucks.

She was picked up in North Babylon, North of sunrise highway on a road called Amsterdam (I think).
She was dumped on Ocean Parkway by Hemlock Cove (In between Gilgo and Cedar Beach). That is considered Babylon Town.
Along OCean Parkway is weird....geographically it does not look like it would be considered Babylon but it is.

I think Amber lived on American. And yes you gotta think is SK taking the train to the city everyday from massapequa/babylon to Penn? If he is then a lot of folks i know are sitting next to him and getting off at the same stops...

What if the SK uses burner phones and finds people who wont be identified just so he can dump them at his doorstep....hiding in plain sight.....because he's hiding in plain sight counting on the fact that police would never knock on the most obvious door :doorhide:

What better way to know when to stop or move. If SK lives right there THE MINUTE the bodies are found, he'll know. Its also a way for him to relive the killings, as most of these weirdos do.

That would be scary to have female friends or family's around the area. Because can't help but to think if he thinks the cops are onto his escort and cl and bp stuff he would resort to snatching up alone female.

I've enjoyed reading what Peter Brendt has had to say. I actually really enjoy his insight and tend to agree with a lot of it. Very interesting.
