You've got to see the video. Kathi hits him with it, you can tell he's not happy it's been found out, he say's it's being resolved AS HE WALKS OFF with his back to her. He DID NOT want to talk about it! heh

On WFTV's 11 PM newscast, story is not up on their site yet.

Under investigation for writing bad checks for money he owed to clients - one check was for $108,000!

Their legal analyst said that it could prevent him from practicing in FL.

Kathy Belich hit him with it after court today, he said "the matter is being resolved."

An interesting, not so good day for the ahem "Dream Team."

Maybe KC got to his checking account...that Dream Team better leave their wallets at the bench for safe keeping while sticky fingers is sitting at their table!

As of 5PM EST today, no Pro Hac Vice motion has been submitted to Judge Strickland on Macaluso’s behalf, although he has given several interviews espousing the defense position on the case.
