They are showing clips of his argument in court..regarding the sheriff's department asking the jail guards to take her down to medical and sit her down in front of the TV, that it was illegal, it was unconstitutional.......little detail he left out...when that body was found...it could have been little Trenton for all Casey knew, even the sex was not known at that time. Guess what? The judge disagreed.

Wonder why Ms. K-B, the "junk science" proponent, can't handle this aspect of the case, or why in all the years of time to prep, Baez can't just learn the necessary stuff and get up to speed? There is nothing truly magic or that difficult about this to a good lawyer, especially one working so closely with experts of such "renown."

On the other issues discussed above: I think it was KB's questions to TM that led to his revision of his application to appear PHV to include (for the first time) the matter of his state bar troubles. Don't think he's her biggest fan. It was irritating at the time, but I think the judge always has to look to protecting the defendant's right to counsel, to protect a verdict on ultimate appeal, so he let the process work itself out. JS: smart, fair man.
