Looks like that helicopter belongs to Macaluso, along with a
Pilatus PC-12 plane. Wonder which client paid for his toys?

well, i think the reason he is in trouble with the CA bar now is co-mingling funds...:innocent:

WHY....i just will never understand WHY a high-profile person (especially an attorney) would video tape something like this, unless they just don't care if it gets posted publically. :waitasec:

First the "What's juicy? What's sexy?" thread and now this! :floorlaugh:

Just when you thought it was safe to go back into the water.

So does TM have the "tat" or is that his playmate?

Todd's :behind: is the one on the right. (No tat on back)

OMG, WHY did I watch that? There are some things I don't need to see...I need to bleach my brain now...

Honestly though, I'm not surprised. None of the people associated with the defense can do anything to surprise me anymore. Wait, they could be honest and ethical. Now THAT would surprise me. lol.

OMG...what a circus...can you imagine if he was still an attorney on this case?

Yeah, to bad Kathi B didn't get ahold of this. lol.

Anyone else notice the fact that the theme of the video was charging it to someone else's account? The whole reference to putting it on the Underhill's account (out of Fletch).

wow......given his current issues regarding co-mingling funds........whole new perspective.

I'm so glad they got this guy out of the legal profession. I'll leave it at that.

This is my question..........the joke in the video is basically inferring that these beach buddies are enjoying the extravagance of "life flighting" in a beer refill without concern about cost. "Don't worry I put it on the Underhill's account."........a quote from Fletch.

Why may I ask, is shaking your flabby white butt down a beach while clasping hands with another man (with a tramp stamp where no man should stamp) required in this video????

An aside.........I think we can all infer that this is TM. However, in the absence of a buccal swab / his own personal admission/ or PROOF that even good Ole JB would have to bow to.......let's be careful not to declare beyond reasonable doubt, that the "Moon Glowing on the Mexico Beach" has been "verified". Perhaps someone from the FBI can do a "birthmark analysis" or even better.....a member of the media contact him for an official "statement".

For the very, very first time in my life I am without words.

  • #536
I wonder............Is this now going to become part of a "story" that JB's finances with regard to this case were compromised by one TM???????? Anything is possible. just food for thought.

Way back when I was a respectable pro, I was super careful with the expenses. I ate at the Jack in the Box, stayed at cheaper motels, etc. This was back in the early 90s and the firm was smallish, pretty much a boutique software company. Well, the venture capitalists wanted us (the team) to pick up some high-speed (read:EXPENSIVE) sales cats from Lotus, IBM, etc. Those goofs lived the life of Riley on the road, never panned out to much, brought buddies in, squeezed out the original team. I split for greener pastures. It was like seeing an old girlfriend turning tricks or something. The IPO started out great. I was a millionaire! BUT I no canna sell til 90 days as a former employee. By the time I was able to sell (legally) I could not of bought a playstation with the proceeds. Instead of jail, they moved on to new suckers. THAT VIDEO IS a demonstration of EXACTLY the type of mindset that crushed the dot coms. No wonder Todd is in hot water. OK I will slowly get off of the soapbox and back away....

That was my first thought, too. "Are we SURE??" I gotta tell ya, the voice gave it total credence for me. That is definetly Todd's voice. Of course, I know things can be done to alter anything, but the face & voice are his, imo.

I'll bet the CA Bar Association would be able to ID ol' Toddy.

O/T but I took that ride on the dot com surf as well, so many times a millionaire with stock options and multiple times underwater and worth squat. :waitasec: A good way to milk the many workers to the benefit of the few founders.
