Man's body recovered from Mon River in South Side

A spokeswoman said River Rescue retrieved the body near the 3700 block of Water Street, about a block from the Steelers' training complex.

Authorities ID body found floating in Monongahela River on South Side

Mr. Patterson, 73, of Pittsburgh was pronounced dead at the scene around 11:14 a.m., the Allegheny County Medical Examiner’s Office announced Friday afternoon.
