Lindsey went missing on my birthday, so this time of year reminds me of her. It's hard to believe this case has never been solved. I was happy her remains were found, at least Melissa was able to lay her to rest. But not knowing who killed her is horrible, I'm haunted by that.

Just checking in. It's been awhile. I still think about Lindsey. Sad she doesn't have justice yet.

And, there are a lot more of us still waiting for some answers in this case.

Here's a good summary of the case from last year. Includes suspects so far. It also includes a map to the area where she was found. It shows the route on the interstate but what if the perp took the back roads down south of the marked route where possible he wouldn't be seen?

It was June 2009, in rural McCleary, Washington, on a warm summer night. The unimaginable happened just a couple weeks before Lindsey Baum’s 11th birthday. The beautiful brown-eyed girl with light brown hair vanished while walking home alone.
