I think we need to send a flurry of emails with cam suggestions.

Minimally, surely the cam people didn't abandon the cam and could at least have pity on us and zoom in on that darned sign.

I assume Casey is at Baez's office? And he will be turning her in today some time?

You can probably do it on photoshop but the image would be so distorted I doubt it can be read

It does appear to be on public property, close though right on the very edge of the property

I do not think anyone knows what it says, perhaps we can find out on the news
