LE was talking with demonstrators, now is up by guards.

If they are about to charge Casey with murder, before that information gets out, law enforcement would inform her parents and brother that Caylee has been found dead. So this guy could be waiting to do that.

This is City police so I don't think the call would be on there? I think it would need to be the County sheriff's Office.
