I think the taoe is removed off the sidewalk though, it was connected to the other tape, LE must have told him earlier he has no controll on the sidewalk

It's a hazard to block a sidewalk... it forces a pedestrian to walk in the street which is dangerous. If the ped was hit by a car, they could not only sue the city but good ol' Georgie boy too...

Also if someone like me, disabled comes along, it is a violation of the disabilities act. You cannot block anyone, especially not a disabled person from using a public sidewalk.

(just a side note, that patch between the sidewalk and the road, nice green one that GA keeps yelling is his property,because he keeps it up. This morning on the news, they stated it was public property and the neighbors were mad because he put the tape there on public property. I would assume that means that those no tresspassing signs that are on that patch are tresspassing. The picture from the cam yesterday kept showing it.)
