Sorry, not be snarky, but I live in Orange County and I work for Orange County. I know that the tags for City and County cars are yellow, not just the OCSO.

Yup I really think that is the GVS reporter, something is fixin' to go down....I just feel it (wishful thinking? Hopeful? I dunno!)

Ok, I know this is a dumb ? for those in the know but I don't know what the GVS in GVS reporter means ??

Yep, I got booted our (site went down) as soon as that lady left the Anthony's. She sure didn't stay long. ONce she left so did everyone else. I wonder why?
