GUILTY France, Dominique Pélicot, drugged wife of 50 years nightly, filmed rape by at least 51 men, 2011-2020

Human nature is very complex.
I guess his perversions turned into some kind of addiction he was unable to battle.
I'm honestly amazed he was into them being over 70.
A grandfather "up skirting" girls in a shopping centre

Sorry, you just couldn't make it up

JMO
Was that before or after he raped real estate agents?

29 January 2025
''Dominique Pelicot, the 72-year-old man serving a 20-year prison sentence for orchestrated assaults against his wife, has found himself back at the center of legal scrutiny as he faces interrogation concerning two unsolved cases from the 1990s. This interrogation, scheduled for Thursday, January 30, 2025, at the Nanterre judicial court, is set to be conducted by Nathalie Turquey, one of the magistrates from the cold case unit.''

''According to reports from BFMTV, the questioning will focus on two serious charges: the attempted rape of an 18-year-old real estate agent in 1999 and the murder of Sophie Narme, another real estate agent, aged just 23, who was tragically killed in 1991''

Unsure if a new thread should be started for this possible victim of DP?

Sophie Narme
''Dominique P is also suspected of raping and then murdering Sophie Narme, a 23-year-old estate agent, who was found mutilated in a flat in the 19th arrondissement of Paris in December 1991.
A post-mortem examination revealed that the young woman had been drugged, raped, strangled, and stabbed in the chest with a knife.
Investigating sources told Le Parisien that they suspect Dominique P of setting up a meeting with Narme at the flat, using the fictitious name “Mr Duboste”.
A colleague of Narme recalled meeting a man who used the name Duboste, and who fitted Dominique P’s description.
The suspect denies having any involvement in the case.
Another female estate agent – aged 19 and referred to only as E – was attacked in similar circumstances by Dominique P at a flat in the Paris suburb of Villeparisis in 1999, but managed to escape after fighting back, said police.''

Being a real state agent can be quite dangerous for women. This happened in my area and was shocking. Dominique P is evil, just as this man was.

Gisele Pelicot’s ex-husband now questioned over string of cold cases

In September 2022 the two cases were grouped together into one investigation, and it was taken over by the specialised unit for cold cases and serial crimes. It operates out of the Paris suburb of Nanterre.

Pelicot’s lawyer, Beatrice Zavarro, confirmed that he would face questioning by an investigating magistrate there on Thursday afternoon.

He has denied involvement in the 1991 rape and murder case, but has admitted to the 1999 attempted rape after he was identified via his DNA. However, on Thursday, Zavarro said: "It's a very partial admission."

Gisèle Pelicot became a hero to many in France and beyond for courageously demanding that the men's trial be held in open court.

The evidence included stomach-churning homemade videos of the abuse that Dominique Pélicot filmed in the couple’s retirement home in the small Provence town of Mazan and elsewhere. Police subsequently found more than 20,000 photos and videos in all, stored on computer drives and catalogued in folders marked “abuse,” “her rapists,” “night alone” and other titles.

Of no particular significance, but cannot help noting the shared fashion coincidence of sorts, for soon-to- be arrested men, fwiw. imo. speculation.

Now I'll always think of this when I see stripes and never buy them again!

" 'Faced with the unthinkable,

we must fight back’:

Gisele Pelicot’s daughter

is combating drug-facilitated sexual abuse.

1740012686348.jpeg

'I’ll Never Call Him Dad Again'
teaches us about a form of violence designed to be completely hidden from its victims
through total control.

It is an intimate account of discovering a betrayal so profound
it upends the past as well as the present.

And it has alerted us to the little known or understood phenomena
of drug-facilitated sexual assault within families and intimate partnerships:

a form of violence that relies on complete silencing.

'To this day,
I reproach myself with having neither seen nor expected anything.
I will never forgive him for what he did for so many years.
Nonetheless,
I’m haunted by the image of the father I thought I knew.
It lingers on, deeply rooted inside me'."

''PARIS (AP) — Gisèle Pelicot, who became a symbol of the fight against sexual violence during the drugging-and-rape trial that riveted France last year and turned her into a global icon, will publish her memoir next year.
“A Hymn to Life’ will be published in English, in French and 20 other languages in January 2026, British publisher the Bodley Head said in a statement late on Thursday''

"Queen wrote a letter to Gisele Pelicot

after Monster of Avignon trial

and praised her

'extraordinary dignity and courage'.

Her Majesty Camilla, who has long campaigned against domestic and sexual abuse,
was 'tremendously affected' by the rape trial,
a royal aide has now revealed.

'So, as a long-term supporter of survivors of domestic and sexual abuse,
the Queen wrote to Madame Pelicot privately'.

'It was very much her instigation and determination to write
to express support from the highest level.'

The Queen has dedicated her royal charity work to supporting victims of sexual assault."

"Pelicots' daughter

presses charges against father

jailed in mass rape case.

1745404326680.webp

Caroline Darian, the daughter of Dominique and Gisèle Pelicot,
is pressing charges against her father,
accusing him of drugging and raping her -
something he has always denied.

Ms Darian has long said the photos are proof her father also drugged and raped her.

'I know that he drugged me, probably for sexual abuse. But I don't have any evidence',
she told the BBC in January,
when she also talked about the shock of being shown those pictures by police for the first time.

Police will now launch an investigation, and prosecutors will later decide whether to proceed to trial."
