I really hate to post such sickening news but the evil 
responsible for this must be punished severely.
On Saturday a French bull mastiff was found buried in waste ground west of Paris. Her leash had been tied to a sack of gravel within the earth to stop her escaping. Only her head was visible above ground. She had to be dug out and she was taken to a veterinary clinic. She has arthritis and is over 10 years old. When found, the person responsible claimed she had ran away...
An online petition started to ensure the 'person' responsible is punished has been set up and has over 30,000 signatures.
I sincerely hope this poor baby is ok. Looking at her eyes makes me cry.
Really...there are no words for the who could do such a thing.
