France -Firefighters will not be tried for rape of girl in 2008

France's highest court have ruled that firefighters will not be tried for rape of a girl during a two-year period beginning in 2008, when she was 13 years old. It all began when a firefighter helped her when she had an anxiety attack in 2008. He than began to groom her, and introduced het to his colleagues. Three of them have admitted to having sex with her, but claims in was consensual (she was 13 - 15 years old!!). 17 others haven't been charges.
The court ruled the three men would not be tried for rape, only for "sexual assault without violence, constraint, threat or surprise".

The court's decision comes a day after that the lower house of the French parliament approved a law that a child under 15 can't consent to having sex.

Unfothomable that 17 firefighters didn't see anything wrong with it.
I also think that presented with an oportunity to "have sex" with a young girl/child sadly many more men that we would want to believe would do so.

The rest of them let's hope there's a karma wheel.

Poor child. A kid. It'd have taken just one decent, humane, sympathetic, moral firefighter to put an end to that poor kids humiliation.
