He needs to stop tweeting and sending pics out immediately! I know he does not mean harm and is just trying to share the situation but this is not good! He is showing them police positioning.

Well, he stopped a while ago with the pictures once he became aware what was going on[modsnip].

Also, there are dozens of reporters nearby in direct contact with all the news channels, for all to see and share around the world.

Still watching sky news, they just showed pics of people being escorted by police and it said a couple hours ago, I think this is what the tweeter may have seen. I think it is not the hostages though but people from nearby shops/cafes. This is where I couldn't hear as my DH put the vacuum on. It says on the breaking news banner the hostage taker is threatening to kill hostages if police attempt to storm the Charlie Hebdo shooters.

the gunman in this shooting is now the person holding hostages in the kosher market, he is demanding the release of the two brothers that committed the charlie hebdo massacre.

probably going to get worse before it gets better... but lets hope for the best.

There is no news about his girlfriend who is also wanted by the police.
