I've just had a look and the link is still clickable, taking you to the sign up page - just means you'll have 6 hours to get through this week instead of 3
If you can spare the time (an hour a day?) then give it a go. I have no idea whether they will be repeating it - possibly in another year if this is a success as it's easy to recycle an online course as opposed to standing up and giving lectures
