Hi MamaBear, here is a clip from Baez/George discussing the topic in a prior hearing. The judge denied his motion then , of course. I don't think Casey is going to get any special treatment. I wonder if the defense is treating this as a dry run for the trial for GA and CA testifying and if they're being coached right now.

They need coaching, listen to what happens without it.....Cindy admits "Casey had to have had help...no matter what ". (3:15 mark) Whoaaaaa! I try to like Brad, but
Brad was of no help to them in their ZFG depo, he sent them in their very ,very ill prepared for what the parameters and rules are. For goodness sake they could have looked up civil depositions on the net and found out the basics. They seemed to be operating under the very misguided idea that they would deem what is and is not "relevant". I laughed out loud a hundred times watching them. In fact when Cindy testified at the bond hearing, she was trying to avoid answering Mrs. Drane-Brudick's questions about her value of the home, and she was livid and she told her "I don't see the relevance".What a train wreck.

I just watched a preview of the hearing on InSession and it was reported that George, Cindy, and Brad were subpoenaed by the STATE!

Jean Casarez opined that they may be asked to testify re Dominic Casey's contract.

Yes, the column was excellent and much appreciated but I am also concerned about that. Now that RH seems to have completed his online rehabilitation after the Schaeffer criticism he received - maybe he would consider toning the quality of advice down until after the cheque trial? IMO of course!
