Friday 's hearing, what do you predict?

I'm planning on attending the hearing. Even the boring ones are still interesting!

Wonderful!!! I was wondering how Joy manages to get in those hearings, the seating looks so limited and most of the folks seem to have press credentials. Have you sat in on others, and do you just arrive early and it is whoever gets in first gets to stay since they are public hearings?

I predict Casey will be writing on her little tablet furiously-seemingly very important issues...however, what will ACTUALLY be on the tablet will be variations of the name Mrs. Casey Baez, in all its various forms...and little hearts surrounding them all espousing her undying and unrequited love for Jose...

on the flip side, I predict that Jose will be his usual arrogant self, and Ms. Lyons as serious as ever...and these motions? One by one they will be disposed of by the honorable Judge Strickland with dignity and decorum.

I predict it will not even happen. JB will have to go on vacation. The defense will not show up and have a motion that says showing up would violate Casey's rights. JB will say that it is raining and he will melt in the rain...."I'm melting, I'm melting!" And, even if they DO show up-everything the defense asks for: which is "we don't think we have to discuss that or show that" will be approved by the judge or he will say that he has to take months and months to think about it...

I have been disappointed so many times when it seemed that the defense, and Casey would finally have to answer some straight questions that I find it easier to go on the negative on this one: that way if it does happen I can be pleasantly surprised.

I predict that since this is the first time KC has been in the same room as her tanned, tattooed and pierced parents, we might see a little anger by the defendant.

Also, I think we will see a somewhat less than usual confident consummate actress in AL. It is hard to be intimidated when you know her game plan.

I know this is absolutely evil of me, but I would love to see CA come to court wearing that blue dress of KC's. I'm sure she would fit into it now. That would so be worth the reaction.

When this case first began... George seemed to want to cooperate as much as he could... maybe, he did agree to go into a meeting with Casey and making her think that it was not being recorded so she would talk to him? He was the only one called to testify against her at the Grand Jury?

I don't see why Jose would ask for the videos that have already been released to be destroyed? There has to be more!

Thank you, The World According, for reposting the first jailhouse visit between GA, CA & KC.

I haven't watched that in quite awhile, and see it with new eyes now. After the 1:10 mark in the video, when they are having a conversation about GA & CA's new Butterfly t-shirt. Shortly after, when GA is reading the lettering on the t-shirt to KC, "Fly Home Baby, We Miss You", KC replies with "I like those alot".

Geez!, you would think a mother who loved her missing daughter would say something more, like "I miss her too", anything that shows she wanted Caylee found. But I know that this video was all about herself and her repeated statements of "I've been in here a month!".

I pray the jury sees this video!
