If the Motion to Strike in regards to DCasey's deposition by the State is going to be argued on Dec 11th, could BConway, George, and Cindy have all been subpoenaed for that purpose?

Quote Respect Sun :)

Didn't they already have the questions to George in that last hearing re: if DC was working for them or JB or whatever? What came of that? And, is that what this hearing is all about? Sorry to be so confused but I lose my understanding when it comes to legal stuff. I read this thread and I am still confused-my issue only. I read what you guys are saying but understanding is not getting through.

(crying out of frustration)...I just don't get why it cannot be established if DC has to tell what he knows? Is that what Friday is going to be about? Is it all going to be about whether or not DC has to testify, and then he still won't have to say what he knows that day? If the judge does think that DC does have to testify or be deposed...tell what he knows-will we know this after friday?

Please, tell me it is so...

Someone please explain what is going on in very simple terms. My brain is fried. TIA.

...jmo...

Chiquita - really it isn't you - none of us know but we are all taking wild guesses as to why Cindy, George and Brad have been subpoenaed to appear - unless it is to testify in this court just exactly when DC had contracts with who, and when he didn't. Isn't he supposed to be deposed on the 16th or has that been moved again.

Thank you, The World According, for reposting the first jailhouse visit between GA, CA & KC.

I haven't watched that in quite awhile, and see it with new eyes now. After the 1:10 mark in the video, when they are having a conversation about GA & CA's new Butterfly t-shirt. Shortly after, when GA is reading the lettering on the t-shirt to KC, "Fly Home Baby, We Miss You", KC replies with "I like those alot".

Geez!, you would think a mother who loved her missing daughter would say something more, like "I miss her too", anything that shows she wanted Caylee found. But I know that this video was all about herself and her repeated statements of "I've been in here a month!".

I pray the jury sees this video!

I remember that video. Made a person just want to reach out and slap her. A loving mother that had a missing child would have been in tears every time she thought about the child or said its name. I've only seen Casey shed a tear or two over Casey...feeling sorry for herself. Mad because she got busted because in Casey's world she should be able to do what she wants and get away with it. Hasn't everyone...family any way...always made sure there were never any consquences? I wonder if it has sunk in yet that this is one thing good old mom and dad can't get her out of? Maybe that is why she has been snubbing them since she went back to jail? They aren't any help so "out of my life you go!" Of course she has the studdly attorney to learn her poor little head on so who needs parents.

But what would Brad be testifying about?

You know, this is jogging my memory about a statement BC made in a TV interview. Something about DC working for GA/CA and, by extension, for him. It had us :waitasec:

I'll see if I can find the interview.

Wasn't that when the whole Hoover thing was going on and they claimed to own the videos?

Watch out when George starts a sentence:- "As a matter of fact"....... because what comes next will definitely be a lie.

I did not know that! LOL. Can you post some examples? Very interesting and telling observation.

Wth is Brad going to testify about??

It doesn't matter because ALL of them are going to lie. BC because he's getting paid to and GA and CA because they wouldn't know the truth if it hit them in the face. They'll do whatever they can to protect KC so the truth is just this annoying value that will get in the way.

George has already said flat out in his depo (IIRC) that he would sell his soul to the devil to get his daughter free, and Cindy furthermore stated that she would rot in jail for the rest of her life if it would get Casey out, so for the pair of them at least, you may not be too far off. The funny thing about those protestations is that they are lies, total lies , they do not care exactly what happens to Casey , not really, or they wouldn't do all of the things they do. They care how it reflects on them if she is found guilty, they are narcissists, Cindy especially. Deep down they hate Casey. I am hoping those feelings rise up in at least George by the time the trial gets here and he tells the truth. I don't see Cindy ever being able to. She'll go to her grave with her no no ,not my daughter, much like Mrs. Peterson with her protestations, no no , not my Scottie. Do they have it within their moral compass to lie under oath, absolutely. We all saw the civil depositions. It was disgraceful! Brad could champion a better cause, but I do not see him lying under oath and risking his entire career. check out the 7:40 mark here :[ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QStXw_O4v1Y[/ame]
